The Exhibition this year will be online and virtual because the Public Hall is no longer available.

John L will be editing the November Willingham News and the best option is to place information regarding the physical Exhibition being cancelled into the October News. We will then place information in the November News regarding the online Exhibition, plus QR code and website address, this will give us sort out time.

I have been informed that the best save settings for the online Exhibition is landscape no larger than 1600 across and portrait no larger than 1200 across at 72dpi.

You can submit 4 images to the google drive, one from assignments and three own choice, hopefully taken this year.

Please submit 1 assignment image and 2 free choice images from the July ’24 to July ’25 time frame.

The image details for the Exhibition are:

• size: 18×12 inches (which is a 3×2 crop)
• resolution: 300dpi

The aperture in the mount is sized 17.5×11.5, allowing the print to be taped to the mount without it falling through, so please make sure there are no essential image details outside these parameters.
